People have been drawing cartoons as long as there have been writing utensils. So it’s not a stretch that today’s modern Internet tools should be used to do the same thing.
Below I’m listing several sites online where you can become a cartoon creator today. These each have different capabilities and will appeal to different types of creative streaks. You’ll find it make a cartoon of stick figures to more life like characters, and some of the more fantastic variety. There are options for colors, black and white and monochrome.
